The Equilibrium Dungeon in Destiny 2 is the featured endgame activity in the current expansion. Renegades do not have a scheduled Raid in its timeline, leaving players to only farm the Dungeon for a new Exotic weapon, multiple Legendary gear pieces, and Praxic Blade upgrades.
The Exotic weapon is a Crossbow that loads up special ammo, and comes with a set of unique perks for players to build around.
This article lists the featured Exotic weapon in the new Equilibrium Dungeon, called Heirloom, alongside its perk pools.
Equilibrium Dungeon’s Exotic weapon and perks in Destiny 2: Renegades
Equilibrium has one Exotic weapon, six Legendary weapons, and one Legendary armor set for all three classes.
The Exotic weapon is a Crossbow called Heirloom, sitting in the elemental slot of the inventory, and shooting out Solar damage. The weapon’s Exotic perk, Big Game Hunter, states:
“Aim down sights for a period of time to overcharge the next bolt fired. Increases damage and area of effect for each charge level.”
The Intrinsic Trait, Bolt Thrower, states:
“This weapon fires high-powered explosive bolts. Strong against Unstoppable Champions.”

The weapon’s Catalyst, which like many Dungeon weapons, are usually obtainable from multiple runs and puzzles, and offers a direct Scorch to targets that get hit by the weapon. Heirloom will also deal increased damage Crossbow against scorched targets.
Lastly, it should be noted that the Heirloom is a Heat Weapon, which can overheat based on the number of bolts fired from it. Charging up fully before firing a shot will generate 50% of heat, granting you two charged shots before a venting downtime.
