There was a lot of economic news to digest this week, as some organisations have released their final sets of statistics of 2025.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) published their latest labour market report, showing where unemployment and wage growth went in the three months to October.

This was followed by the latest inflation figures on Wednesday, and the Bank of England’s final interest rates decision of the year on Thursday.
