Thanks for the submission!
“The Dolphins and the Chiefs have the same record.” Orlovsky tweeted.

The loss knocked Kansas City out of the AFC West title race, as Denver (11-2) solidified its lead with a win over Las Vegas (2-11). The Chiefs’ nine-year division reign has ended.
Kansas City entered Week 14 with five remaining games, all against conference opponents. It was the team’s final opportunity to salvage its season and make a late push for the playoffs. However, the Chiefs’ lost to the Texans put their wild-card round ticket in jeopardy.
The Miami Dolphins, who started with the season with a 2-7 record, have won four consecutive games to tie Mahomes and Co. If the season ended today, Kansas City would miss the playoffs entirely, finishing 10th in the AFC.
The Chiefs have upcoming games against the LA Chargers, Tennessee Titans, Denver Broncos and the Raiders. They will have to win them all and hope for some favorable results to make it to the wild-card round.
Patrick Mahomes drops a historically bad performance against Texans
The Texans defense applied relentless pressure on Patrick Mahomes, who failed to throw a touchdown. He completed just 42.4% of his passes for 160 yards with three interceptions. It was the first time in Mahomes’ eight-year career as a starter that he finished with three picks and zero touchdowns.
He has 10 interceptions in 13 games, the fifth straight year he has reached double digits. Mahomes’ 64% completion rate is also his lowest since becoming a full-time starter in 2018.
Travis Kelce committed a mistake that sealed Kansas City’s loss late in the fourth quarter. Mahomes addressed the media after the game and defended the star tight end. The quarterback said Kelce successfully makes that play 99% of the time.
Mahomes also held himself accountable, saying he could have thrown the football better.
