The new Modified B-7 Pistol comes from the new Heat Weapon family in Destiny 2: Renegades. It is a Dynamic Heat Weapon, focused more on dealing damage with the cost of having a high heat generation. Except for the magazine type, it is a Hand Cannon that fire like a Precision Frame at 180 RPM. However, this specific weapon comes with a very unique perk combination that can prove to be very lethal in PvE.

Modified B-7 Pistol PvE god roll in Destiny 2
The following counts as a god roll for the Modified B-7 Pistol in PvE:
- Arrowhead Brake for more Handling and less vertical recoil.
- Accelerated Heatsink for increased cooling efficiency.
- Firefly for an AOE explosion after precision kills.
- Headstone for spawning Stasis crystal after precision kills.
Demolitionist for increased Grenade energy after kills is also recommended, alongside Rimestealer for gaining Frost Armor after defeating frozen targets, or destroying a Stasis crystal.
Modified B-7 Pistol PvP god roll in Destiny 2
The following counts as a god roll for the Modified B-7 Pistol in PvP:
- Hammer Forged Rifling for increased Range.
- Particle Repeater for more Stability.
- Keep Away for increased Range and Accuracy when no enemies are nearby.
- Eye of the Storm for increased Accuracy when the user’s health gets lower.
Rapid Hit and Firefly are decent alternatives in the third column, with Opening Shot and Adagio in the fourth column.
How to get Modified B-7 Pistol in Destiny 2
Modified B-7 Pistol drops from Lawless Frontiers activities. However, for a guaranteed high-tier drop, level up the reputation for the Totality Division Syndicate in the Tharsis Outpost, and purchase a high-tier Pistol from the Syndicate office in exchange for Credits.
